Bill and I went to school together in Georgetown when we were kids. He was kind, soft spoken and so polite...a really nice person. Years later our paths crossed again when I worked in the Smith Building. I found he still had the same traits I remembered. He was proud of his wife and her accomplishments...proud of his family. My sincerest sympathy.
