Norris W. “Bill” Beard Jr, age 58, of Seaford, DE passed away on April 21, 2016.

          Norris worked for Secrets in Ocean City, MD.

          He is survived by his mother, Barbara Beard, a daughter, Megan Ann Rodriguez, a granddaughter, Jayde Rodriguez, brothers, Christopher Beard, Kevin Beard (Maura), Glenn Beard (Carolee).

          Memorial Services will be on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at 4 PM at the Cranston Funeral Home, 300 N. Shipley St, Seaford, where friends may call from 3 to 4. 

          The family asks in lieu of flowers donations be made to Bill’s granddaughter, Jayde A. Rodriguez for her continued care and future expenses.  Any donations can be given to Barbara Beard (make payable to Barbara Beard, 25631 Rocky Rd, Seaford, DE 19973) to forward to Jayde’s paternal grandmother and legal guardian, Mary Rodriguez.
