Donald C. Mitchell, age 90, of Seaford, DE passed away on Sunday, November 19, 2017.

          Donald was born in Chester, PA and grew up in Laurel, DE.  He was a retired Mobil Home Park Manager, a Navy veteran of WW II and a member of the Seaford Elks Lodge.

          He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Ruth Riddle Mitchell, 3 children Patricia Mitchell, D. Boyd Mitchell and Linda Eskridge (Gordon), 4 granddaughters, Shelly Thomas (Rick) Sloan McAfee (Brian), Shannon Cathcart (Tom) and Laura Johnson (Keith), 8 great grandchildren, a brother Robert Hearn and a niece Pam Isaacs.

          Funeral Services will be on Saturday, November 25th at 2 PM at the Cranston Funeral Home, 300 N. Shipley St, Seaford, where friends may call from 1 to 2.  Burial will be in Blades Cemetery.

          In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations may be made to the Delaware Veterans Home, 100 Delaware Veterans Blvd, Milford, DE 19963 or Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
