I was so sorry to read of Debbie's passing today. She had been a tax client of mine for several years. Debbie often spoke lovingly of her family, especially her grand- daughter who lives in Virginia. She was a lovely person, always smiling and very encouraging in her conversation. May God comfort you in your hour of bereavement. You can always call on Him; remember - He's only a prayer away. Message from Lisl Phelps

I remember meeting Debbie's smiling face my first day starting at "Seaford Public Health" 18 years ago. She made coming to work fun. She was always sweet and happy. We would trade stories about our dogs and our families. I loved to hear stories about her grandkids and enjoyed watching them grow through her eyes. Though I haven't worked in Seaford now for almost 13 years, our paths still crossed here at DPH and I was always looked forward to her great hugs and catching up with her family and Belle. She was so proud of Jeff, Cathy, and and those amazing grandkids it was such a joy to listen to her stories and tell her my own.

I will really miss her.

My heartfelt sympathy goes out to Deb's family. Although she was a couple years ahead of me in school, being a small school, everyone were friends. I remember Deb for her fun loving smile and upbeat personality.
