She had a love for photography and volunteering which included Code Purple where she served as Chairman of the Board from 2016-2017. She graduated from Great Bridge High School and attended two years of college at Tidewater Community College. Vikki worked as the Town Administrator for Blades for 11 years where she was instrumental in the community development, acquiring of new playground equipment, and spear headed and quickly rectified the water contamination in Blades in 2018. Vikki became part of the Southeast Rural Community Assistance Project (SERCAP) in May 2021 and retired when her illness forced her to focus on herself. Vikki held multiple licenses and certifications that allowed her to excel in her professional life and worked on numerous projects in both Delaware and Maryland. Vikki was honored with the 2022 Team Spirit Award and the Women in Water Award in 2018. Vikki was a member of the EPA-SBA for drinking water rulemaking regulations as well as a Kiwanis member.
