Twila M VanVliet

Twila M VanVliet, age 66, of Laurel, DE passed away on November 2, 2022.  She was born August 12, 1956, the daughter of the late Junior and Mildred Lane.

          Twila enjoyed many different artforms to include coloring and knitting, but what she enjoyed the most was taking care of her family and friends.

          Aside from her parents, Twila is preceded in death by her son, Thomas VanVliet, and her sister, Eva Bankard.

          Twila is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Howard VanVliet, daughter, Christiana Hearn (Tom), son, Frank Leslie VanVliet III (Kristen), and daughter-in-law, Cindi VanVliet.  She is also survived by her grandchildren, Jessica Stone (Michael), Heidi VanVliet, Cassie Hearn, Frank Leslie VanVliet IV, Nathan VanVliet, and Madelyn Hearn, and great grandchildren, Bree, Colt, Dawson, and Abbie.

          A Memorial Service will be held at Cranston Funeral Home on Thursday, November 10, 2022, at 1:00 PM, with a visitation from 12:00 to 1:00PM.
