Tina Marie Covey

Tina Marie Covey, age 60 departed to see Jesus on July 7, 2023, in her home. She was born September 8, 1962, at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital to her father, Wayne Covey and mother, Joyce Finkbiner.

She is survived by her mother, Joyce Finkbiner, stepfather, Gerald Finkbiner, sons, G.L. Mitchell and Chad Mitchell, daughter-in-law Lauren Dashiell Mitchell, four grandchildren, Madison, Kaya, Hunter and Brantley Mitchell, brother Emerson Bramble (Tanya), sister-in-law, Judy Covey, aunts, Evelyn Harrold, Sharon Brittingham, Gloria Fleetwood, Mae Goodwin, Wanda, Cooper, and Jackie Passwaters, cousins, Everett Harrold, Kevin Harrold, Rita Bratten, Tom King, Nicole Johnson, Brian Hitchens, Donna Ross and Debbie Whaley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, Cierra Bramble, Paige Earnest and Anthony Covey, her 3 best friends, Saundra Friedel Moore, Lisa Beard Johnson and Brenda Wheatley

Tina was preceded in death by her father, Russell 'Wayne' Covey, brother, Russell 'Rusty' Covey, sister, Lori Ann Covey Taylor, grandmother, Helen Figgs, her most loved mom and pop, Sallie and William Passwaters, uncle, Russell Passwaters, aunt, Dorothy Hitchens, and one of her best friends. She loved going to the beach and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a loving and caring woman. Always the center of the party and making people laugh. She will be truly missed by many. This isn't goodbye, it's see you later. John 16:22

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at 10:00 AM at Blades Cemetery.
