Sheila Marie Wilson

Sheila Marie Wilson, age 70, of Seaford, DE, passed away on March 5, 2025.  Sheila was born in Obergünzburg, Germany on July 3, 1954, the daughter of the late Donald and Rosa Jerolaman. 

Sheila was a graduate of Seaford High School, Class of ’72, after graduating she went to work for Kim’s Manufacturing as a Seamstress/Trimmer where she worked for many years until 1996.  Sheila continued her Seamstress/trimmer career with Yales Sportwear from 1997 until 2013.

She loved to play crossword puzzles and mystery puzzles, which she often played on her phone (made it to over level 5000 on two different games). She loved the holidays, especially Halloween and Christmas, she loved cats, enjoyed bird watching (primarily watching Hummingbirds), but most of all she loved spending time with her family.

Sheila is survived by her daughter, Jennifer M Watson (Sam), two sons, Christopher A. Wilson and Eric E. Wilson (Amanda), three grandchildren, Caleb Wyman, Rose Wyman, and Jacob Wyman. She is also survived by many extended family and friends to include, Wayne Leisner, Christi Willey, Edward Hessey, and her loving Cat Babe.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Donald L. Jerolaman (Dec. 1990) and Rosa M. Jerolaman (Dec. 2008), two aunts, Clarabelle and Shirley, and her uncle Samuel Jr.

Funeral Services will take place on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at 11:00 AM, with a public viewing from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at Cranston Funeral Home, 300 N Shipley Street, Seaford, DE.  Immediately following services, the burial will take place at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Seaford, DE.
