Sharon Marie Bonniwell

Sharon Marie Bonniwell, age 47, of Wilmington, DE, passed away peacefully on January 16, 2026. She was born on January 18, 1978, in Dover, DE, the daughter of Larry and Patricia Bonniwell.

Sharon loved to work with flowers she held many jobs with different floral companies, she enjoyed going to the beaches, various water sports such as sailing and surfing, she loved to go shopping, and she loved motorcycles. Sharon enjoyed working in retail, she was assistant manager for The Gap in the Christiana Mall, then went on to be the manager for Children's Place in the Christiana Mall.

She is survived by her parents, Larry and Patricia "Pat" Bonniwell, her sister, Beth Bonniwell (James) of Richmond, VA, her two Uncles, John Hughes (Debbie) and Kevin Hughes (Laurie), and her two aunts, Linda McBride (Kevin) and Barbara Cox.

Sharon is preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Janet Hughes, and William and Francis Bonniwell.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
