RICHARD SLATCHER Obituary

Heaven gained another angel, Richard A Slatcher, 72, of Seaford passed peacefully at home on Friday, August 20, 2021.

Mr. Slatcher previously served in the Delaware National Guard and in the U.S. Army. He also worked as an electrician with Bill’s Electric and the past 41 years, he was the owner, coach and skating instructor at Skateworld in Laurel, DE.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Oliver C Slatcher and Helen E Slatcher.

He is survived by his wife, Debbie and his son Ricky; his sister, Cheryl L Collins (Oliver) of Vienna, MD; his stepbrother Donald O Slatcher (Pat) of Salisbury; his nephew Jeffrey Willey (Allen) of Seaford; and his dog Tipsy.

Burial was held privately. Look forward to a Celebration at Skateworld in the near future.
