MELVIN L WILLHIDE

Melvin L. Willhide, age 81, of Frankford, DE formerly of Seaford, DE passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2019.

          Melvin a Truck Driver for UPS in Baltimore and later for Cisco Foods in Baltimore. In retirement he worked for the Sussex Guide in Seaford.  He was a Baltimore Ravens fan and Orioles fan.  He was also a former member of the Moose Lodge.

          He is survived by his wife of 47 years Driscilla Willhide, a daughter Bonnie Kavlich (Jarrett), a son, Mark Shawn Willhide, 3 grandchildren, Sophia Willhide, Amos Willhide and Benjamin Willhide, a brother, Amos G. Willhide and a sister Janet Willhide.

          Memorial Services will be on Friday, October 25th at 11 AM at the Cranston Funeral Home, 300 N. Shipley St, Seaford, where friends may call from 10 to 11.                                                                                             In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations may be made to the Kidney foundation or the Heart Association.
