Mrs. Judy Novak, 83, of Lake, Michigan went to be with our Lord and Savior on Monday, October 27, 2021 resulting from complications of Covid-19. Judy was born August 16, 1938 at Mercy Hospital, Long Island, NY to the late William J. and Clarice S.Ward, Sr. Graduating from Seaford Sr. High School in 1956 was a telephone operator, home maker, cafeteria worker, bus driver, business owner, property manager and a friend to everyone she met.

Preceded in death by two husbands and siblings Chap, Bill, Ted, and Bob Ward, Carol McNatt and Jane Brooks; she is survived by her husband, Edward C. Novak of Lake, MI,; children John Mills (Kathie) of Laurel, DE, Sandi Tyson of Lake, MI, Martha Hibbs (Gary) and family of Dewitt, MI, David Novak of St. Johns, MI, Susan Anthony (Dave) of Bark River, MI, Sarah Bristol and family of South Haven, MI,; grandchildren Ben Tyson of Stuart, FL, Tyler Mills and family of Seaford, De; Matt Tyson of Tenaha, TX, Lauren Connelly (Tim) and family of Laurel, DE, Brad Lee (Opal) and family of Laurel, DE, Brent Lee (Dina) and family of Laurel, DE, eight great-grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.

Visitation and services will take place on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at the Brown Corners United Brethren in Clare, MI. Burial services will take place on November 12, 2021 at 11 AM in the Odd Fellows Cemetery, Seaford, DE, with Pastor Tim Dukes officiating.                                                                                                                                                                                   In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Gideon’s International.
