Jerry D. Caudill was called home to be with God on February 28th, 2022 @ 6:40pm. He was surrounded by his loving wife and son, Bernice and Rob.
Jerry was a hard-working man who provided for his family. He enjoyed working for Jason Donovan and Petinaro but ended his career as a mason at Diamond State Masonry. Jerry loved his work and the friendships he made there. He was called an overachiever, always giving his all, working his hardest to accomplish all the tasks given to him, and always trying his best.
He found pleasure in riding his Harley and enjoyed fishing as his favorite hobby. He could usually be found at Fleetwood or Concord Pond doing the catch and release. Jerry was blessed to have four sons and was a wonderful father and was exceptionally close with his son Bob. Jerry adored and loved his grandchildren Ethan and Laci. Jerry was thankful to Vitas Hospice, not only for their loving care, but their moral support. All in all, it was a good life, a blessed life. He found love and peace with his wife Bernice and their three fur babies and a renewed faith in God.
He is survived by his loving wife, Bernice, 2 sons, Jerry D. Caudill Jr, and Joshua Caudill, 2 stepsons, Robert Conley and James Conley, 3 brothers, Russell Caudill, Lonnie Caudill and Larry Caudill, a sister, Patricia Taylor, 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson.
Funeral Services will be on Saturday, March 5th at 1 PM at the Cranston Funeral Home, 300 N. Shipley St, Seaford, where friends may call from 12 to 1. Burial will be in Asbury Church Cemetery.
