Howard "Burr" Lee Paisley

Howard “Burr” Lee Paisley, age 87, of Seaford, DE, passed away peacefully on June 24, 2026. Howard was born in West Chester, PA on June 26, 1938, the son of the late Wilder and Ruth Paisley.

Howard had many hobbies including riding motorcycles, boating, racing cars (stock cars), and he owned harness racing horses that ran races at Harrington and Dover racetracks. Howard was an avid beer drinker, with his drink of choice being a Miller Lite. Howard worked hard and played harder.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Arlene Paisley, two brother, Dick Paisley and Joseph Paisley (Barbara), as well as many nieces and nephews.

Howard is preceded in death by his parents Wilder and Ruth Paisley.

Funeral Services will be private.
