Debra "Debbie" Sue Clark, age 53, of Seaford, DE, passed away peacefully on January 18, 2026. She was born on June 8, 1972, in Salisbury, MD, the daughter of the late Charles and June West.
Debbie loved different crafts such as floral arrangements, country crafts, and especially holiday crafts and gifts. She loved dirt track racing, going to the beach, swimming in the pool, going camping, but most of all she loved spending time with her family. She was a member and past officer of the Seaford Elks Lodge and enjoyed being part of any community event that they held; she was also the drug awareness chairperson at The Elk’s. She was a certified nursing assistant at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital for many years until her medical disability prevented her from working. She also had her CDL and was a School Bus Driver for a short period of time. Debbie loved traveling to different Caribbean islands, whether it was on a cruise or a resort, she was always a lot of fun.
She is survived by her son, Jeffrey "Jeff" Mitchell, her daughter, Kelsey Thomas (Luke), two granddaughters, Kinzey and Kimber, two sisters, Pamela Hitchens (Michael) and Dawn Eskridge, as well as many nieces and nephews, whom she all loved.
Debbie is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and June West.
