Beth Ellen Walker

Beth Ellen Walker passed away peacefully in her home on Saturday November 18, 2023, in Greenwood, DE with her family there, she was 70 years old. Beth was born in Bethesda Naval Hospital and was the daughter of the late Carolyn E. (White) and Paul C. Swing.

She graduated from Severna Park High School and worked at a local bank.  She is survived by her sons, John D. Edgell and Frank P. Walker (Amanda Hogan Walker), grandchildren, John F. Walker and Angel R. Walker, sister, Cathy A. Schwab (Richard Schwab), brother, James M. Swing, sister, Ann Marie Holloway, as well as many nieces, nephews, sister-in-laws and close friends considered as family.

She is predeceased by her parents Carolyn E. White Swing & Paul C. Swing, her husband Frank Walker & her daughter Jennifer Walker.

Beth lived in South Baltimore before moving to Greenwood, DE in 2005.  She loved visiting her mother on Cape Cod MA and enjoyed many whale watches with her family.  She made beautiful greeting cards, loved photography, watching her grandchildren play soccer and most of all enjoyed family get-togethers.  Her family and friends knew she would always be there for them and that they had a place in her heart forever.

While she will certainly be missed…family will always see or hear something that tells them Beth is with them. 

No services…. family will celebrate her life at a later time.
