Bessie Foskey

Bessie Foskey, age 95, of Seaford, DE passed away peacefully on April 5, 2023.  She was born on October 14, 1927, the daughter of the late Frank and Lilly Gootee. 

Bessie was a former member of Delaware Campers and was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star in Seaford. She loved crocheting, cooking, as well as various other arts and crafts.

She is survived by her son, Richard Foskey, three daughters, Jo Ann Foskey, Janette Foskey, and Shirley F Roach (James), as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Aside from her parents, Bessie was preceded in death by her husband, Charles H Foskey, son, Thomas Foskey, and daughter, Connie Foskey.

 Funeral Services will take place on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at 12:00 PM with a viewing from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Cranston Funeral Home, 300 N Shipley Street Seaford, DE.
