MICHAEL "LEE" STAKIEL

Michael “Lee” Stakiel, age 38, of Seaford, DE passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2019.

          Lee was a son, father, and brother.  He worked at John’s Tree Service and loved spending time with his children and family.  He was a member of the Laurel Nazarene Church.  He enjoyed being part of the church softball team.  Lee met many brothers in Christ along his journey who had a major impact on his life.

          He is survived by his parents, Michael and Linda Stakiel, his grandparents, Terry and Marlene Stakiel, his fiancé, Susan McColpin, his children, Taylor Stakiel, Aubrey McColpin, Lilly Stakiel and Mikey Stakiel, his sister, Melanie Stakiel, niece Shy and nephews, Dee and Davin.

          Funeral Services will be on Tuesday, May 28th at 1 PM at the Laurel Nazarene Church, 94 Walnut St, Laurel, DE where friends may visit from 12 to 1.  Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Georgetown, DE.

          In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Cranston Funeral Home, 300 N. Shipley St, Seaford, DE 19973 to help with funeral expenses.
