LONNIE B CAUDILL, SR

Lonnie Bruce Caudill Sr, age 81, of Seaford, DE passed away on Tuesday, April 10, 2018.

          Lonnie was born on May 18, 1936, the son of the late James Robert and Carrie Mae Perry Caudill.  He was also preceded in death by his wife Nora Lee Caudill, brothers, James Quincy, George Luther, Thomas, Johnnie, sisters, Pauline Ballard, Bonnie Wagner, Fannie Hawkins and Annie Caudill.

          He enjoyed religion, bluegrass, and talking to strangers, coon hunting and gardening.  He was a hard worker for C. W. Wright Construction and many other farmers.

          Lonnie is survived by 4 sons, Jerry Donald Caudill (Bernice), Larry Caudill, Russell Caudill, and Lonnie Caudill II, a daughter, Patricia Taylor (Robert), 4 grandsons, Jerry Caudill Jr (Shannon), Joshua Caudill (Christy), Robert Taylor III and Patrick Taylor and 2 great-grandchildren, Ethan Caudill and Laci Caudill, brothers, Franklin Caudill, Billy Caudill, sisters, Betty Mae Royal, Verna Roberts, and Mary Lou Perry.  

          Funeral Services will be on Friday, April 13th at 1 PM at the Cranston Funeral Home, 300 N. Shipley St, Seaford, where friends may call from 12 to 1.  Burial will be in Blades Cemetery.
