LESLIE EDWIN JOHNSON

Leslie Edwin Johnson, age 67, of Seaford, DE peacefully passed away at his home on March 4, 2019.

          He was born on April 28, 1951, the son of the late Donald G. and Katherine M. Johnson.

          Leslie graduated from Seaford Senior High School in 1969 and attended the University of Delaware before joining his father’s farming operation.  He continued farming until semi-retiring from the field work in 2002, which allowed him to pursue additional interests.

          He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Brenda Johnson, two daughters, Leigh Nelson (Patrick), of Seattle, WA and Page Johnson of London, UK, granddaughter, Joslyn Nelson and grandson, Carter Nelson.

          Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, March 9th at 10AM at the Cranston Funeral Home, 300 N. Shipley St, Seaford, where friends may call from 9 to 10 AM.  Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery.
