Jane Drace

Jane Drace, age 77, of Seaford, DE, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, surrounded by her family.  Jane was born on July 30, 1946, in Souderton, PA.

Jane was the Owner of Drace Insurance and Investments for over 30 years.  She was a member and past president of the Soroptimist Club, she was a member of the Seaford Historical Society, a member of the Seaford Chamber of Commerce, and she was also involved in the Smart Girls program through the Boys and Girls Club.  Jane was very involved with the Seaford Community, which also included serving on the board of the Boys and Girls Club in Seaford.  Jane enjoyed traveling, taking cruises, family trips, and spending time with her family (especially spending time with her grandchildren).  Jane always found a way to stay busy.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Drace, and her parents, Samuel and Laura Yoder.

Jane is survived by her son, Todd Drace, daughter Kim Drace-Bumgardner (husband, Rusty), and six grandchildren, Cameron, Dylan, Kix, Piper, Aidan, and Bella.

Funeral Services will be on Thursday, February 22, 2024, at 2:00 PM with a public viewing from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at Christ Lutheran Church, 315 N Shipley Street, Seaford, DE.  Burial will take place on Friday, February 23, 2024, at 1:00 PM at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church Cemetery in Telford, PA.
