Timothy M. Crockett of Seaford passed away on Saturday January 30, 2016. He was born on January 8, 1963 in Seaford where he was a lifelong area resident.

He preceded in death by his daughter Stacey Crockett in 2014, and his father Ewell “Sonny” Crockett in 1993.

Timmy worked as an electrician and volunteered as a handyman. He enjoyed working with his hands and will be remembered for being willing and able to fix anything. As an avid outdoorsman, Timmy loved the eastern shore and spent his time hunting, fishing, crabbing, and camping. Timmy was also known for telling jokes and rooting for his favorite team, the New York Yankees.

He survived by his mother Elizabeth “Sissy” Crockett, of Blades; his best friend Janet, of Seaford; his son Matthew and his wife Jordan, of Bridgeville, and their children Ella and Wyatt; his son Shane, of Virginia; his brother Michael, of Seaford; his brother Scott and his wife Denise, of Seaford; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will be hosting a time of visitation on the evening of February 4, 2016 at the Cranston funeral home, Seaford, Delaware from 5:00-7:00pm. A private service will be held at a later date.
