Raymond E. Williams, age 89, of Seaford, DE passed away on Friday, April 22, 2016.

          Raymond was the retired owner and operator of B&R Restaurant in Millsboro. 

          He was born on August 13, 1926 in Russellville, Arkansas, the son of the late Lamar & Pearl Williams. He was also preceded in death by his wife Rose Williams in 2010, brother, Junior Williams, sisters, Cleotha and Mary.

          Raymond is survived by sons, Ray Williams Jr, and wife Ruth of Seaford and Tom Williams of Georgetown, sisters, Imajean Himmelberg of Vienna, VA and Glentaline Williams of Arlington, VA, grandson, Ray “RW” III and wife Jen, great-grandchildren, Ross Crockett, Carmen & Nora Williams.

          Comital Services will be on Thursday, April 28th at 2 PM at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 26669 Patriots Way, Millsboro, DE.

          In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations may be made to Christ Lutheran Church, 315 N. Shipley St, Seaford, DE 19973.
