Juan A. Perez Jr, age 72, of Seaford, DE passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2017.

          Juan was a Security Guard for U. S. Security.

          He is survived by his wife of 32 ½ years, Janet Perez, 4 children, Marcia Smith (William), David Smith (DuLana), Gary Smith and Alberto Perez, his mother, Maria Santos, 5 grandchildren, Ashlee, Gary Jr, Steven,Donya and Harley, 2 great-grandchildren, Kayla and Michael, 12 siblings, Rosa Perez, Carmen Perez, Cana Perez, Ida Perez, Cunda Perez, Miriam Perez, Eva Perez, Teresa Perez, Miguel Perez, Tito Perez, Isreal Perez and Luis Perez. He was preceded in death by his father, Juan A. Perez Sr and a sister, Virginia.

          A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, September 24th at 2 PM at the Seaford Moose Lodge, 22759 Bridgeville Hwy, (Alt 13) Seaford, DE.

          In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations may be made to the Seaford Moose Lodge, 22759 Bridgeville Hwy, Seaford, DE 19973 or the Gift of Life in honor of Juan A. Perez Jr, 401 N. 3rd St, Philadelphia, PA 19123-4101.
