Jesus L. “Jesse” Earisto, age 87, of Seaford, DE passed away on Wednesday, June 15, 2016.

          Jesse retired from the DuPont Company in Seaford in 1992 after 22 years of service.  He was a member of the Moose Lodge in Seaford, the Nanticoke Senior Center, he loved to bowl and fish and spend time at the Harrington Casino. 

          He was the son of the late Jose and Maria Evaristo.  He was also preceded in death by his wife, Anna I Evaristo in 1995, a son, Frankie Evaristo and a daughter Joanne Reid.

          Jesse is survived by 3 sons, Joseph Evaristo (Lourdes), Jesus Evaristo (Missy Waller), William Evaristo (Becky), a daughter, Vicky Higgins, 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 2 sisters, Augustin Evaristo, Trinidad Polzia (Glen) and Margarito Evaristo.

          Mass of Christian Burial will be on Thursday, June 23rd at 11 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 532 E. Stein Hwy, Seaford.  Friends may call at the Cranston Funeral Home, 300 N. Shipley St, Seaford on Wednesday evening from 6 to 8.  Burial will be in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery.

          In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations may be made to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, P O Box 719, Seaford, DE 19973.
